a theif in the family

Sean Kenneth Bailey is a bloody theif.
he had very corrupt morals, this sub-human steals from his own family members.
2-3 weeks ago i left a VERY expencive MP3 player down stairs, on an end table, under some paper, and face down in my moms house where i am liveing. this is the first time that i left it off of my person.
my brother, full of jellousy for the one possession that i owned (he thinks that my mom bought this object for me, when i really bought it with the money i was awarded from portage college student leadership award.)
anyway...
my brother stole it from said table.
the next day i confronted him with the facts and asked if he had seen it.
he said "oh it will turn up" and hung up on me..... *a clue!*
well i was just waiting for it to turn up. looking everywhere..
well today i found it in the back seat of his car.
he clames that he bought the mp3 player at walmart, that he threw out the box, papers and recept.
well now my mother and i had came up with a resulotion, she is going to pay me for my mp3 player so that i can buy another one.
i dont like this deal because my brother doesent learn anything and my mom loses out on $150.
i feel saddened that my mom has to be out this money, i am saddened that my brother cant own up when cought and confronted.

currently he is putting a lock on his door. that way HE wont get anything stolen.
i think it is kinda redundent but hey... he is the one not going anywhere in life.
